This is an exciting opportunity for a talented & proactive Inside Sales Manager to join a global ICT Solutions Provider at their offices in Litchfield. My client are a well-established global technology solutions company.
The role will suit an energetic, ambitious and self-motivated individual. This Inside Sales Manager role involves helping to build, establish and develop the Inside Sales team and function for my client.
What you'll be doing
- Building, Leading, motivating an Inside Sales team
- Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Reporting on performance metrics to the client, sales team or management
- Identifying and driving key improvement initiates within inside sales
Ensure high client satisfaction ratings through proactive sales support calls/meetings
Skills / Experience needed:
Experience of building and managing a tech focused inside sales team is a must
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to be resilient under pressure and to manage escalations in the appropriate manner
